Lauren Schlepp

Oklahoma City, OK

Hi! I'm Lauren, a museum professional, curator and multi-media artist from North OKC. My current styles of art manifest as bold and colorful geometric paintings that play with scale, color theory, and patterns, as well as detailed mixed media mandalas. I graduated with my Museum Studies degree in 2016 and have been working in Oklahoma museums and non-profits for a decade. I've always considered myself a creative person and have participated in a variety of projects throughout the years, but I started my semi-professional artist journey in 2023. Outside of my day job I am also the art program coordinator for Radiant Healing Arts Center and get to curate the quarterly gallery exhibits there! You can also find me periodically writing articles for Art Focus Magazine and volunteering with the Oklahoma Visual Arts Coalition. I also enjoy donating artwork to local nonprofit fundraisers and auctions, so if you have an event coming up that you would like a donation for, please reach out to me! *Check out my Linktree for my artwork purchasing form, writing samples and other projects/exhibitions I'm involved in.
